Datuk Dr Amar Singh HSS, is a senior consultant paediatrician. He served in the civil service for more than 35 years and was formerly head of Paediatric Department at Ipoh Hospital and head of Clinical Research Centre at Perak. He is founder member of and advisor to the National Early Childhood Intervention Council.
