Ti Lian Ker

Datuk Seri Ti Lian Ker is the former chairman of the Institute of Strategic Analysis and Policy Research (INSAP), an independent think tank committed to ensuring progressive policies for Malaysia. A former Senator, three-term State Assemblyman and a lawyer by profession, he often speaks out against issues or policies that do not do justice to Malaysians.
