KUALA LUMPUR: Daythree today announced a strategic organisational restructuring designed to accelerate its evolution as a digital-first Business Process Services (BPS) provider, as the industry increasingly shifts towards artificial intelligence (AI), data-driven operations, and technology-enabled service delivery.
The new structure introduces a clearer operating framework that integrates operational scale with digital capability and strategic insights, enabling Daythree to deepen its ability to support clients through more complex, technology-enabled service models that deliver measurable business outcomes.
As part of the new structure, Raymond Davadass has been redesignated as Group Managing Director of Daythree Digital Berhad, with a focus on advancing the Group’s long-term strategic direction, including regional expansion, partnerships, and capability development across the organisation.
“The BPS sector is undergoing a profound shift as organisations look beyond traditional service models towards technology-enabled, intelligence-led service models,” said Davadass.
“Clients increasingly expect partners who can combine operational excellence with AI, data intelligence, and digital capabilities to drive measurable business outcomes. This new structure strengthens our ability to deliver on that expectation while positioning Daythree for its next phase of growth.”
Davadass also plays an active role in shaping the broader services ecosystem. He was recently appointed Chair of GBS Malaysia, a chapter of the National Tech Association of Malaysia, where he contributes to initiatives that support the development of Malaysia as a leading high-value, digital global business services (GBS) hub.
Under the refreshed leadership structure, Daythree will operate across three complementary growth pillars aligned to its digital-first strategy and next phase of growth.
Digital Customer Experience Management, the company’s core delivery engine and recurring revenue foundation, will be led by Charanjit Kaur, who has been promoted to chief executive officer of Daythree Business Services Sdn Bhd.
Charanjit will oversee the continued expansion of Daythree’s large-scale customer experience operations supporting multinational clients across key sectors.
Daythree AI Labs will be led by Chiew Sin Kwang, who has been promoted to Daythree AI Labs Sdn Bhd chief executive officer. In this capacity, he will drive the development and commercialisation of the company’s AI platforms, digital capabilities, and innovation initiatives.
Complementing these capabilities, the Business Transformation and Advisory pillar will serve as a strategic integration function across the organisation, combining strategy, operational insight, and performance analytics. The unit will support enterprises in aligning digital initiatives with measurable operational improvements and transformation outcomes.
“Together, these pillars enable Daythree to combine operational scale with digital innovation and intelligence-led services, positioning the Group to support increasingly complex and technology-driven service environments,” the digital-first BPS provider said in a statement.
“Daythree believes the new structure will strengthen its ability to scale digital capabilities while maintaining strong operational delivery, positioning the Group to capture emerging opportunities as organisations across Asia Pacific accelerate the adoption of AI, automation, and data-driven service models,” it added.
